Newsteo’s activity is divided into 2 branchs:
Newsteo proposes a solution for wireless data transfer for different kinds of applications: traceability, identification, supervision… The products of the Newsteo range are aimed to control, for example, the temperature, the humidity, the shocks in different areas / environments (supervision of food, drugs…).
Newsteo has also the expertise to develop a customised wireless solution (based on the specification of its customer), in case of a product aimed to be product in quantity.
The Newsteo Phone is a communication tool which is based on radiofrequency and bone conduction: principle of transmitting sound through bones. When someone talks, his vocal cords vibrate and these vibrations are propagated through the bones.
The Newsteo Phone can catch, process and transfer them by radio towards other Newsteo Phones. Only voice is transmitted and not the surrounding noises. The communication between several persons is hand-free, without any wire. The Newsteo Phone will be available into different kinds of products: ear muff, helmets for sport and construction, cap…
