Wireless measure for Pharmacy

Many medicines and vaccines stored in pharmacies need to be placed in refrigerated cabinets. To ensure effective traceability of the temperature of those equipments, Newsteo has developed a wireless temperature monitoring kit.

This kit is made of:

• The Temperature Logger: it is placed in the refrigerated cabinet. It measures every 15 minutes the temperature of it, and sends it to the PC.

• The radio transmitter (RF-to-USB Key): it is the link between the PC and the Logger. It allows radio communicaton. It is connected to a USB port on the PC.

• The software: This is the sofware installed on PC. It allows displaying on the PC the temperature of the fridge. If it drops below 2 ° C or above 8 ° C, a visual and audible alarm is triggered on the PC. The sofware archives all received measurements, it is possible to regularly print the temperature curve of the fridge.
