RoHS

Newsteo is fully committed to supporting the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS) directive. As a manufacturer of products that are distributed globally, we are working hard to ensure compliance in all of our products within the timescales set by the directives.

The concerned substances are the following

• Lead
• Mercury
• Cadmium
• Hexavalent chromium
• Polybrominated byphenyl(PBB)
• Polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE)

Equilibre EDF

As an other initiative, Newsteo actively contributes to the EDF program for environment protection, by buying electricity generated from renewable energy sources.

European Conformity

Newsteo products are also compliant with the CE Directive.
