Philippe Guènebaud is co-founder of Newsteo. He has high experience in innovative electronics company creation and growth. Prior to Newsteo, he was founder and CEO of XEOLE Technology (2002-2005), one of the first three companies in the world which demonstrated a chip able to decode a video stream in MPEG-4 AVC. XEOLE was acquired by Neotion, where Philippe Guènebaud held the position of Executive Vice President and CTO. Previously he was co-founder and CEO of SCM Microsystems France (1995-2001), where he managed a hundred employees and 30 million euros revenues in France and Southern Europe. Philippe Guènebaud began his career at IBM, Aerospatiale, Schlumberger Graphics and Schneider Automation. He has 23 years experience (including 12 in international trade) and holds more than 25 patents.

Franck Przysiek is co-founder of Newsteo. Electronics expert in telecommunications and security, he has 10 years of experience in managing R&D teams and High-Tech projects (hardware and software for smart card readers, biometric readers, cryptography, PayTV receivers...). He previously worked for SCM Microsystems. Franck Przysiek was graduated from the Ecole des Mines de Paris (Institut Supérieur d'Informatique et Automatique).

Arielle Cogniat joined Newsteo at the end of 2005. She has 8 years experience in various high-tech start-ups. Previously, she has been product manager and communication manager at NEOTION, a digital TV company .

Graduated in technology and with a strong technical background, Paul Vauthey co-founded in 1980 the company SOLERI (1500 employees and 130 million euros of turnover), specialized in computer engineering: new technologies, development and systems integration (selection, monitoring, implementation), introduced on the stock exchange in Paris in 1998. SOLERI was acquired by Deutsche Telekom in 1999 to become T-Systems France.

Michel Weil created Carnet de Vol in 1990 and where he remained its President until 2005 , distribution chain specialized in clothing for men. From 1975 to 1995, he belonged to the sales marketing direction of Weil Besançon group (Lapidus, Stanley sportswear, Level 7 ...).


MARC PINETTI - Substitute

Graduated in law and economy, Marc Pinetti started his career with consulting and training in France and Africa. He created a consulting firm which was sold after ten years to Quaternaire. He then spent twenty years in executive positions within the ASF motorway group. He is a specialist in organization and management of SMEs as well as larger groups. He is now president of Grand Delta Angels and president of chamber at the Commerce Court of Avignon.


FRANCOIS BROCH - Substitute

François Broch has more than thirty years of experience in the business of IT and software applications (ERP) in the fields of distribution, logistics and manufacturing for large and medium-sized companies in Europe and the USA (5 years) and more recently in the areas of eBusiness and CRM. Prior to Invensys, he worked at Computer Associates, as commercial director of MK Group, then Interbiz Supply Chain Group and even earlier, in the service company GSI.
