CALIBRATION SERVICE FOR TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY RECORDERS, COFRAC OR COFRAC LIKE
The purpose of calibration is to verify the accuracy of a measuring device. The general method is to use the device in parallel with a standard, and verify that the produced measurement fits to the expected value. If it is not the case, correct the adjustment of the instrument (calibration).
This can be done by the user himself using the tools freely provided by Newsteo.
However, if the calibration is related to the submission to certain standards or quality constraints, it may be necessary to have a higher level of certification suc as COFRAC or DAkkS. In this case, a passage in the laboratory is required. Note also that a COFRAC or DAkkS certificate is valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
